Flow Analysis Software
Here you can find tools for flow analysis of cerebral perfusion data obtained by speckle contrast imaging using the PeriCam HR-PSI (Perimed, Stockholm, Sweden)
Instructions
The script is written and tested with MATLAB 2015b.
Two data files are needed: a binary export of a PIMSofttm recording of brain flow velocity and a csv file containing syncronized arterial blood pressure data. In our studies flow data were recorded during controlled arterial exsanguination with a blood pressure reduction of 10 mmHg per minute.
Feel free to download, test and modify the script for further improvements.
To get started quickly I have compiled a binary executable Windows installer and supplied a sample data set. After installation of the executable package be sure to place the extracted demo data in the same directory (%APPDATA%).
The sample data is representing a recording with bilateral cranial windows and topical exposure to 10 mM ammonium chloride (left side) compared to aCSF (right side).
